Race Day Schedule - 2015

This schedule is tentative and may be changed up to 3 days before race day

Each team is guaranteed three races. The times from the Heat 1 and Heat 2 will be averaged and the resulting time will be used to bracket the races for the final. Once the final races have been run, the times from all three races will be averaged and the resulting time will be used for finishing order and awarding.

Breast Cancer Memorial

Each year we honor these brave women with a memorial service celebrating the lives of those that have fought and keep fighting. We invite any and all paddlers to participate in the memorial and Lake Lure's own Ken Potter will play the bagpipes during the memorial.

Lunch

We will have vendors onsite to provide lunch and refreshments during the races. Of course you can choose to go offsite for lunch but we ask that you are back at the event 15 minutes prior to the start of the second heat.
