This course, carved out of the treeless Loess Hills, is a golfer's dream come true, with its massive fairways, gaping bunkers, and greens that are among the largest in the world. For Josh Gardner and Jared Stiver, two regular guys from Wyoming, playing Landmand was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They entered the inaugural The Heartbeat tournament, a Golf Channel creation, and were pitted against pairs from all 50 states over four days.
