All vendors/exhibitors will be renting a 12x12 foot space located on the festival activity grounds (Morse Park) very close to the river and the dragon boat races and fun park. Vendors/Exhibitors must supply their own tents, chairs, tables. LLDBR will supply electricity and water to food vendors, but they must have at least 100 extension cords and water hoses. Generators must be at least 75 ft. away from all vendor spaces. Event management reserves the right to assign all locations and limit types of vendors and exhibitors. Attendance is expected to be 2000+ people (last years attendance). Vendors/Exhibitors may operate from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Set up must not start before 7:00AM. You are responsible for cleaning up your area and removing all equipment by 7:00 PM.
